How We Deliver

We deliver your firewood using a small, rural-friendly tipper trailer, which is ideal for tight lanes, farm tracks and village properties.

Loose logs:

These are tipped neatly in a spot that suits you — whether that’s your driveway, yard or a clear drop-off point.

Bulk bags & barrow bags:

These can be lifted off using our on-board hoist, allowing us to place them safely and accurately where you need them.

Other deliveries:

Items like log nets, coal bags, BBQ charcoal, pizza oven logs, firelighters and other accessories can also be delivered directly into your garage, shed, wood store or another convenient location (access permitting).

If you have any access concerns or a preferred drop-off point, just let us know — we’re always happy to help make delivery as smooth as possible.

What to Expect on Delivery Day

  • We’ll arrange a delivery time window that suits you - once you have placed your order, we will be in touch to arrange the delivery. Please add delivery notes of preferred days during checkout.

  • Logs are delivered neatly and with care

  • We’ll place bags or nets exactly where requested (access permitting)

  • Barrow bag deliveries can often be positioned directly into wood stores

  • We always aim for friendly, local service with minimal disruption
