Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

Such natural variations shall not constitute a defect.

Species composition may vary depending on seasonal availability and stock levels.

Species variation shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Where seasoned logs have been ordered and stock is unavailable, we reserve the right to upgrade the customer to kiln-dried logs at no additional charge.

5. Moisture Content

Where kiln-dried firewood is advertised as having a moisture content of 20% or below, this applies at the point of processing, storage, or dispatch.

Customers acknowledge that moisture content may change following delivery due to weather exposure, storage conditions, ventilation, and handling.

Customers are responsible for storing products correctly after delivery.

Any moisture-related claim must be supported by appropriate evidence and may require further investigation.
