Log Stacking Service
Make your firewood delivery even easier by adding our Log Stacking Service to your order. We will unload and neatly stack your logs in your chosen storage area, leaving them organised and ready to use.
The price of this service covers stacking up to 1.2 cubic metres of logs. For orders larger than this, additional stacking services will need to be purchased.
Logs can be transported by wheelbarrow wherever suitable access is available. Where wheelbarrow access is not possible, we may be able to carry and stack the logs by hand, provided the storage area is within a reasonable and safely accessible distance from the delivery vehicle.
Your log store, shed, garage or chosen stacking area must be ready and have enough space available before we arrive. Access should be clear, firm and free from obstacles so that our team can complete the service safely.

For safety and insurance reasons, we cannot carry logs through houses or other residential buildings. We are also unable to take logs up or down steps.
Please ensure that the stacking area can be reached directly from outside without passing through your home. Access must be suitable and safe for either a loaded wheelbarrow or manual carrying.
Where access is unsuitable or unsafe, the logs will be left at the nearest accessible point.
